This form of payment is possible only in Ukraine. Nova Post will inform you that the order has already arrived at the indicated branch using an SMS message.
RECOMMENDED TO GET YOUR ORDER QUALITY. Departure is kept at the Nova Post branch for 4 days. At the end of this period, the order is returned to the sender.
You can always track the status of your shipment by the express invoice you will receive from our manager.
- PAYMENT AT THE UKRPOSHTA (payment upon receipt)
You can pay for the order by mail directly upon receipt (afterpayment). This form of payment is possible only in Ukraine. You only pay a fee for the payment. The mail will send a message to your home address that the parcel is already in your communication department.

You will receive an invoice to pay for the order to the email address you specified.

After receipt of funds to our current account, the order will be sent. Along with the order, you will receive all the necessary documents.

The delivery time of the order to the Nova Post branch is 1-2 working days from the date of shipment, to remote areas - up to 5-6 days.
To receive a shipment at the Nova Post branch, the recipient must provide a passport or other document confirming the identity.
When ordering for the amount of 1000 UAH - delivery is FREE.
When ordering up to 1000 UAH - the cost of delivery is 60 UAH
DELIVERY SERVICE UKRPOSHTA
Delivery time of the order through the service "Ukrposhta" - 2-3 days. in Kyiv, 3-5 days in regional centers, up to 7 days - in other cities. The date of actual shipment is indicated on the parcel.
RECOMMENDED TO GET YOUR ORDER QUALITY. Departure is kept at the Ukrposhta branch for 4 days. At the end of this period, the order is returned to the sender.
To receive a shipment at the ukrpash department, you need to provide a port.
When ordering for the amount of 1000 UAH - delivery is FREE.
When ordering up to 1000 UAH - the cost of delivery is 35 UAH.
Upon receipt, you pay the cost of return transfer of funds (afterpayment) - 1% of the cost of your order, but at least 10 UAH. The form of payment is available only in Ukraine.
First, the mail will send a message to your number in Viber, which is waiting for a parcel in the communication department. On the third day of her stay in the department, the letterman will bring additional notification to your home address.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT

BOOK PRODUCTS
Books of proper quality, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 19.03.2094 No 172, are not subject to return (printed editions).
If there is a printing marriage that leads to loss or distortion of information: lack of printed text, the page's printing press, the discrepancy of the name of the book on the cover of its content, turned over regarding the page cover. In cases of detection of such shortcomings, you have the right to return a previously purchased book to the store within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Important: When receiving an order, be sure to check the integrity of the goods (packaging and its content). In case of failure or damage, you have the right not to pay for the goods and refuse to receive it. We are not responsible for a product that has not been tested for mechanical damage or lack of parts directly when received at the carrier's compartment.
NEVERY PRODUCTS
In case of receipt and payment of goods (non-book products) of improper quality, we will replace it or transfer funds to your bank card, or in another convenient way for you will return them on the day of receiving the goods back. Return/exchange of goods (non-book products) of proper quality are carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase, without counting the day of purchase.
Return of goods that were received in one of our self-delivery points is carried out there. Addresses of our self-delivery points. Return of goods delivered by Ukrposhta and Nova Post is carried out by the same delivery services.
